I2 SECTION III. DOG REGISTRATION1-)4 To obloin the doto on the onnuol populotion of dogs in the Municipolity of-5 lnfonio, dog owners ore likewise required to register their pei dogs. Registrotion6 of pet dogs sholl be done every Morch of the current yeor.78 The Songguniong Borongoys sholl be tosked to undertoke dog regisirotion9 in their respective borongoys. The Borongoy Treosurer sholl collect fifty pesosl0 (P50.00) os registrotion fee of pet dogs in their respective borongcrys. TheI I prescribed registrotion form sholl be provided by ihe Office of the Municipol12 Agriculturist. After the registrotion in the borongoy level the occomplished formli sholl be submitted to the Office of the Municipol Agriculturist for compilotion in14 its doto bonk.t516 SECTION IV. 1718 A prescribed collor with proper dog identificotion sholl be issued by the19 Office of the Municipol Agriculturist to the pet owner upon poyment of P100.0020 pesos poyoble to the Municipol Treosurer's Office.2l22 SECTION V. DOG VACCINATION2324 Every pet owner sholl be required io hove their dogs subjecied to yeorly25 voccinotion thot sholl be undertoken by the Office of the Municipol Agriculturist.2627 Voccinotion of pet dogs sholl be given free; however o fee of Fifty Pesos28 {P50.00) sholl be collected from pei owners who foil to hove their dogs29 voccinoted on the schedule iime of voccinotion.303t SECTION Vl. LEASING/CONFINING OF DOGS -All dog owners ore hereby32 required to hove their pei dogs leoshed or confined in dog cells to prevent33 them from stroying on roods ond other public ploces.3435 SECTION VII. IMPOUNDING OF STRAY DOGS3637 All stroy dogs rooming in public ploces sholl be seized ond impounded in38 the designoted impounding oreo locoted of the Sonitory Londfill in Borongoy39 Mogsoysoy where cought stroy dogs sholl be leoshed or confined in fobricoted40 dog cells.414:! lmpounded dogs sholl be kept of the impounding creo for 48 hours so os43 to ollow the owners to redeem their pet dogs. Redemption fee sholl be P500.00.44 After the 48-hour period ond the owner hos not redeemed his dog interested45 individulos sholl be ollowed io odopt the unredeemed dogs ofter securing the46 odoption popers of the Office of the Municipol Agriculturist.
