iToll Management & Monitoring System

This is an in-house system development by Multimedia Cybergates Sdn Bhd and is already in

used at the first toll in Sarawak, the Kuching Second Bridge Project at Tanah Putih. It is one of its

kind system fully developed in Linux Operating System in the market today. The features include

collection transaction, monitoring of vehicles, type of vehicles, time and date, VVIP, VIP and

emergency lanes monitoring, cash or smartcard transaction. Services and Maintenance of the

lanes.

iSmart Reader from iHagen (M) Sdn Bhd


iSmart Reader is a locally designed and manufactured smart card for proximity purposes. It uses

the latest smart card technology available in the market today. It can be connected to any RS232

or any communication port from your computer. It can be connected to any security and ID

system.

The locally design iSmart Reader is used at the Kuching Second Bridge Project.

Political Party Membership System

The System include monitoring of membership activities, registering of new member, update of

member particulars, States and Parliament voting monitoring, races of the members, ages group

etc.

Printed of high quality membership and ID card, using the latest state-of-the-art printing

Stadium Ticketing System (iFAST)

With the experience that we had over the Toll Collection and Management System, we were

offered by the Football Assocition Of Sarawak to develop the Stadium Ticketing Suystem. The

iFAST system is being rented out to the management company of the Sarawak State Football

team for use at the Sarawak State Stadium.

We are in the process of rolling out our in-house developed systems to other areas like the Car

Parking System and Security Systems.

Time Attendance Systems

We have developed a web-based time attendance system which is suitable for organisation which

has branches situated at different locations. This system will enable the staff to clock-in their

daily attendance by using either the tumb-print (biometrics0 or the traditional method of using the

punch-card at any location/branches while the management is able to view an on-line, up-to-date

record of their staff movement/attendance. This will eliminate ‘buddy-punching’ among the staff.


Medical Tracking System

A suitable system for large organisation who offer various medical benefits to their staff. These

organisations normally appoint various clinics as their panel of doctor/clinic to provide the

medical treatment for their staff and the administration of the clinics’ account as well as the

control of these benefits can be time consuming and a frustration for the human resource

personnel. We had developed the Medical Tracking System which is able to handle the task of

monitoring the accounts with the clinics as well as to ensure that the benefits are being utilised

according to the organisation’s guidelines.
