Depth of cut, feed and Width of Cutting edge• If the depth of cut and feed are too bigger than the width of cutting edge, it may bring to breakage due to increasing of cutting

resistance of insert.• If the depth of cut and feed are too smaller than the width of cutting edge, it may lead to a vibration or unstable machining due to no

formation of the sub cutting edge relief angle against no direct influence of tool deflection.
