All taxes Extra as applicable from time to time. These charges are inclusive of Physical local leased line charges for Delhi,MTNL Area. Registration of the circuit is to be done at single point at the O/o DGM(BD)/AGM(BC). Booking and registration for Asymmetric bandwidth circuit has been stopped. Loyalty discount of 2.5% per annum on this tariff will be given for circuits continued for

more than 1 year. Minimum period of hire of Internet Port will be 6 months. The subscriber can pay the

tariff on Annual basis or quarterly basis. In case the subscribers wishes to make payment on quarterly basis, Advance tariff for a minimum of 6 months will be charged at the time of applying and the payments for the subsequent quarters will be payable before the start of that quarter (in advance).

In case a connection is surrendered or request is made for a downward change in the port speed, the tariff till the end of current quarter (changed in advance) will not be refunded or adjusted.

In case of request for upward change of port speed, the quarterly port rental of the higher speed will be charged at the time of such request and the advance rental already paid at the old speed for the remaining period of the quarter will be adjusted.

A set of 8 LAN IP and 4 WAN IP addresses will be provided free with the leased line. Additional IP addresses will be charged @ Rs. 8000/- for a block of 8 IP.

Modems, if requested by the subscribers, will be provided to subscribers after charging rent and security as per prevailing lease line tariff. 

 MTNL provides different types of leased circuits as given below:

Speech Circuits - Local or Long distance circuits within two locations in a city or between two different cities provided for the same applicant. The Terminating equipment at both ends is telephone without dialling facility. Both way signalling and speech is possible.

Data Services Local or Long distance data circuits at different speeds viz. 64 Kbps,nx64 kbps ,2 mbps. and above. Data Circuits are of different types:

- More than one Local or Long Distance leased circuits converging on a location such that data from one leased circuit can be transferred automatically to another leased circuit for the same subscriber.

Closed User Group

- Leased circuits can be used by more than one legal entity if they form closed user group. The following categories of user groups constitute closed user groups for the purpose of licensing Private Telecom Networks.

1 Producer of goods and his whole -sale traders /agents.

2 Provider of service (not being a telecommunication service) and his whole-sale traders/agents.

3 Producers of same categories of goods.

4 Providers of the same category of service.

5 Holding company and its subsidiaries.

6 Interconnected undertakings.

7 Companies under the same management

8 Travel agents issuing tickets on the member airlines, whose network they use including the network of a group of member airlines.

9 Computerized Reservations System (CRS) service providers owned by airlines.

10 Shared networks of banks for use of Automatic Teller Machines (ATMs), Electronic Points of Sale(EPOS)/credit authorization terminals.

11 Financial institutions registered primarily to deal in securities and their agents/dealers.

12 Financial institutions registered as Mutual funds and their agents.

13 Financial institutions which are registered as depositories and their agents/dealers.

14 Other non-banking financial institutions.

Telegraph & Teleprinter Circuits: Local and Long distance Telegraph and Tele-printer Circuits.

International Leased Circuits: Provided through VSNL

Internet Leased lines: dedicated Leased line from Customer's premises to the MTNL Internet Node. (For Tariff Please Refer Internet services.)

Dedicated Data CircuitsUseful for those data users who have to transmit considerable volume of data between two fixed terminals located in the same city or different cities. It may be facsimile transmission data on computer cct. Data services on PSTN: Can be availed from any telephone connection. The arrangement requires a data circuit termination equipment interface such as PSTN- Modem to provide normal telephone conversation & when need for a change over to do working

Dedicated Data NetworkMore than one leased circuit converge to a central location from where the data from one leased circuit can be automatically transmitted to another leased circuit for the same subscriber. The main hirer can obtain Inter-connection with the approved subsidiary user's who have common interest with him.
