To login, please visit online.mtgtourism.com and enter in your login details in the login

panel. Please note that all passwords and codes are case sensitive

User Name and Password are required field. You have one account only for your agency

Once you have logged in, you will find the main area that can be used to access different

areas of the website

Menu will navigate you to different area, Agent Area, Bookings, Online Tariff, and My

Account

新建报价/预订 – New Quote/Booking

Please click on Bookings on the menu that you are taken to the New Quote/Booking screen

Quotes are only held in the system for seven days. No inventory held for any quote. The

quote is subject to availability at the time of booking.

The system will always default to accommodation (1).

To select accommodation, you can do one of two choices but nor both, either enter a name

of the hotel (2) if you already know it or enter a key word (3). And you can select a country

(4), destination (5), and Locality (6) to search the hotel. Select you dates of travel (7), the

number of night (8), room type (9). Optional extras (10) and (11) which you can also sort you

search by supplier name, availability, class, locality and rate.

In this instance we’ve typed into the Hotel Name – Skycity Hotel Auckland

1 provide you with the star rating and the properties address. A short

description (2) of the property will then display. MTG has also provide the Map location and

if provided pictures as well.

The page also includes room type and further details. The Room name (1) appear first, and

the further details about rates and extra information through more info link offered (2). And

the general information (3) about the room displays below more information link.

Through clicking on more info link, the user can access the more information of the specific room

type. Tab (1) provides room type’s details about rates and extra information. Tab (2) provides room

type’s details information.

On the below side of the page are the room types offered and further details about rates

information. The room names (1) appear first, and then to reconfirm the dates chosen and the

number of nights. User can also choose the room type on (3).
