Electronic Delivery Enrollment

To sign up for e-Delivery, once you log

in to Web Trading, click “Go Paperless”

from the top right of any page.

After clicking “Go Paperless”, click

“Quick Enroll” to enroll all account

communications automatically, or

click “Edit” to enroll accounts and

communications individually.

After completing the e-Delivery

enrollment process, you will only receive

the chosen account communications

electronically and will be sent an email

when new documents are available

to view online.

4. Provide user information (a Social Security number and U.S. mailing address are required). The SSN must be primary on the account number you enter. If you would like to enroll a joint account owner, please use the Web Trading Authorization Certificate found on mtb.com/webtrading

6. Create a User ID and secure password, and provide a valid email address

An email will be sent to your email address and should be received within 15 minutes so you may continue the process. Click the link in the email received within three days to complete the registration process. Once you have completed this process, a confirmation email will be sent. Please Note: At this point you are not enrolled in e-Delivery, but have registered for a Web Trading User ID. Please follow the Electronic Delivery Enrollment instructions to complete your e-Delivery enrollment.
