Form Editing

Every shop has to go through a stringent process of Editing before it is submitted to the end client. Every client is important for any Mystery Shopping company. iSN as a company that specializes in providing such services make sure that you do not receive any complains from the end clients. Every form goes through a 2 step process before submitting it to the end client. Just to give you an example of our last 100,000 forms edited and audited, we are proud to say that there were 0 errors and we are still counting.We edit the shopper’s reports based on various reference material and rules such as:

• Completeness and Correctness of information• Quality of audio/visual attachments• Information matching with pictures, videos and audio dictations/transcripts

Scheduling being the most important part of any mystery shopping project hence, we have handpicked our schedulers. The scheduler schedules shops based on client requirements. Difficult shops do require training before the visit and that is what we have been doing for many of our clientsWe provide Shopper Scheduling, follow-up, support and training services across USA and Internationally. Our team of trained and experienced schedulers has consistently proven their ability to locate shoppers and motivate them to successfully complete assignments. Knowing that shopper scheduling is the first and perhaps the most critical step in Mystery Shopping, we have hand-picked our team of professionals with strong work ethic and customer focus. All of them have experience in shopper scheduling or relevant fields such as Recruitment, Human Resources, Outbound Calling, etc. Its roles and responsibilities are as follows:

• Contacting and matching Mystery Shopper’s to available assignments.• Briefing shoppers on individual client program scenarios.• Recruiting for a specific areas and/or client projects• Explaining the role and expectations of mystery shopping.• Participate in staff and/or project meetings via phone.• Monitoring the status of assigned shopping assignments.• Working to resolve shopper concerns and problems. • Working 8 Hours a day 5 days a week to ensure completion of shopping

assignments.
