VI. HOW TO DOWNLOAD THE REPORT

If you wish to download the report of the monitoring data for the selected project, simply select the prism position index on the third dropdown list (next to the cycle-date) and click either the “history” or “profile” button. If “ALL” is available on the prism position list, you may select this to download all the monitoring data of all the prisms of the selected project. The history and profile reports normally include a two-week period of monitoring data depending on the duration which is viewable to the user.

NOTE: The report documents are in Microsoft Excel format so you will need this software installed on your computer to open the downloaded file. The history and profile reports list the monitoring data within the “viewable” period and plot the corresponding charts to verify the trend on the prism displacements.

IX. HOW TO KNOW IF THERE ARE ANY ALARMS

There are three levels of alarm triggers, each of which corresponds to a specific color. The first (and lowest) alarm level is green, second alarm level is yellow, and the third (and highest) alarm level is red. Any of the prisms on the site map will be displayed as a blinking prism with its color corresponding to the alarm level it reached.

The maximum reading on the bottom right corner next to the alarm level triggers will also have a background color corresponding to the alarm level it triggered. If the maximum reading’s background color is blue, no prism for that particular cycle has reached an alarm level.
