Placing the name within the laurels has been used across genres to represent that an award has been won, and hence we have placed the event name within the laurels.

Card Invite The card is delivered in a pearl white envelope.

Card InviteThe card is made of two layers. The top cover is a translucent frosted white sheet . Below the frosted sheet, the thematic logo is punched into the card. A silver grey metallic foil is sealed between the top cover and the inside of the card and shows through the punched logo.

Excellence At Siemens

To involve the entire organization in the awards and add to the aspirational value of the event, we will have all the employees of the CT DC divisions across the world to write what excellence means to them and take a picture of the same.

These pictures will be printed. They will then be put up on a large pin up wall in the facility.

The backdrop in this case is a globe encompassed by a laurel wreath the same is symbolic of representing global excellence.

Drop Downs To glorify the nominees we will also have drop downs of them with a quote from them in the cafeteria a month prior to the awards. These drop downs can be placed across facilities around the world.

Walkway The signages will be a mix of the event logo as well as the flags of the 9 countries in which the CT DC Division is present

Registration

Registration At the registration desk we will give all the invitees personalized badges with branded lanyards.

Optionally we can have magnetic badges.

Pre Function AreaTo create maximum impact as we will have tea and snacks served in the pre-function area and once the crowd gathers, we will open the doors to the hall.

Photo BoothWe will have a photo booth where all the nominees will get their picture taken with their families. These pictures will be instantly printed and shared with all the invitees as giveaways.

Hall Décor We will have a subtle décor for the hall with grey runners and yellow floral décor on the tables. NO IPad

Set Design

The set is created with a large central LED and flanked by LED pillars on either side of the same. This adds depth and perspective to the stage. !

LED Podium

The podium is placed at a lower level than the stage. This will designate the emcee’s position. !The podium front and face has plasma’s embedded. This will eliminate the use of cue cards as the emcee will have the script running on the plasma. We will also be able to run on screen content on the emcee’s plasma this will enable the emcee to keep track of the event without having to turn away from the audience. !The front plasma will be used to animate the event logo. It could also be used for secondary animation of the category name etc.

Large Staircase

To add a comfortable approach to the stage and to add to grandiose of the event, we will have steps that run the full length of the stage

Opening AVThe opening AV revolves around the attitude that drives people to excel. The theme of the AV revolves around How Far Would You Go? to achieve excellence.

Event Flow

The event follows through with the nominees and the awards being announced separated by filler entertainment acts

Nominee AnimationTo add grandeur to the nominations and to put in perspective how many exceptional contenders were considered for a particular award, we will have a template that showcases all the nominees together !This year we will have the nominees speak about their achievements in their own voice. We shall pre –record the citation and have the same in text on the screen as well. This will help bring to perspective the cultural diversity across 9 countries merely by the various accents we will encounter !The current template has been created keeping in mind that last year there were no more than nominees per category. If there are more nominees to accommodate we can also use the central LED screen to showcase them

Winner Animation

As the winner is announced we will have the various nominees disappear from the screen until only the winner remains. !The winner will then move to the central screen to give them prominence.

The Badge Of Honor

The winners will be given a badge of honor as they receive the award.

Certificate The winners will be presented with a certificate as a memoir of the achievement. The certificate will have reversed embossed laurels to carry forward the theme of the year.

The Live Element to the Event

The Orchestra

To add to the charisma of the event, we will conduct the entire event to live music. We will have two side stages flanking the central stage. There will be a western band and an Indian ensemble on either side. The entire event, curtain raiser included will be conducted to live music.

Post Event

To glorify the winners of the CT DC AA Excellence Awards 2013 – 14 we will have an installation set up in the atrium.

Theme Option 2

MaestroMusic is an art of precision. It requires constant practice and continuous learning. Experimentation and discovery are part and parcel of any form of music. Like in any extremely intellectual endeavor the best of the best grow to become Maestros one day.

The theme is represented by an orchestra conductor. The individual nominees of the excellence awards create symphonies with their excellence. The team nominees come together like an orchestra in perfect synchrony.

Set Design

The set is a large central LED screen flanked by two side LED screens. We will have two side stages flanking the central stage. There will be a western band and an Indian ensemble respectively on the left and the right side stage. The entire event, curtain raiser included will conducted to live music The central LED will be used to orchestrate the event The side LEDs will be used to give visuals specific to the respective artist on each side stage.
