The celebration of the Eucharist has resumed at our Lady of the Snows Chapel, Alta Utah. Mass will take place each Sunday at 5:00 pm throughout the ski season.

Judge Memorial Catholic High School will hold the annual Placement Exam for incoming ninth

graders for the 2016-2017 school year on Saturday, January 9, 2016. Check in is at 7:45A in the Auditorium. Pre-registration by

January 7 is requested. The Placement Exam will last for approximately one hour, and students will then receive a 15-minute break. Those students wishing to be considered for enrollment in a honors level world language class in French,

Reading Volunteer Needed A reading tutor for a first grade student in our parish school is needed. Beginning in January, the school librarian will train the volunteer in a reading program called "Next Steps." The time commitment can be as little as 45 minutes, two days a week, but more time is available if desired.

Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults

On Sunday, December 13, 2015, we celebrated the Rite of Acceptance with our inquirers as they become catechumens and candidates. Each week at the 9:00 AM Mass they will be dismissed after the Homily in order to further break open the word of God proclaimed in the assembly. During this time they reflect together, with the guidance and support of the catechetical team, on the lectionary. The catechumens and candidates serve as witnesses of God’s unfailing love and continued call to renewal for all of us. Please keep them in your prayers.
