1. Choose the Event Name using the drop down menu
2. Select “New DDIR”

Once complete entering data, click “Save” at bottom of page

1. Be detailed and not generic2. Click “Add” to add more than one item description for costs3. Click “Save” when all done entering the repair items4. Repeat the same process for “Permanent Repairs”

1. Add SP Numbers as line items for each separate group of repairs (Emergency, Permanent Concurrent with Emergency, and Permanent)
2. If there are Permanent Concurrent with Emergency items, place an asterisk, *, next to each item. Also add “*Permanent Concurrent with Emergency” as a line item

- The Emergency and Permanent Repairs will show up here and can be edited if needed
- Under “Notes & Attachments” is where pictures will be uploaded. It also can be used for additional documentation such as an inspection report
NOTE: Pictures will need to be resized to around 1 MB each. If uploaded at full size the file will become too large.

All DDIR’s that have been completed will appear. Click on the desired report to edit or review.
This Dashboard also shows information of each DDIR including the Total Estimate Amount and Status.

Approval:
Once a DDIR is ready, click “Submit for Approval”. A different window will open where you select who to submit it to.
The Approval History will appear here. If the report has been approved or rejected, the status will show up here.

Choose Approver:
- Select the next approver in the drop down menu
- Click “Send to Next Approver”
From the County/City the next step is the DSAE. The DSAE will then send to Central Office and ending at FHWA for final approval.
