MS FCV (Fast Colour Change

/ Vertical) powder coating

booth systems are designed for

the coating of long, vertically

suspended shapes, such as

aluminium profiles. The system is

designed so that powder kitchen,

powder circulation, recovery,

conveyors, cleaning systems, guns

and control technology are all

optimally integrated to provide the

Colour change in the FCV booth is

fully automated. Sidewalls and booth

floor are on continuously moving

belts designed to inhibit powder

build-up in the enclosure. Colour

change is PLC controlled through

a user friendly interface and is

completely automatic.

The guns are cleaned in a suction

shaft, during which time the belts are

also cleaned automatically.

All this results in improved process

efficiency and productivity, a

particularly advantageous total cost

of ownership and faster return on

capital investment.
