I can bike safely around the neighborhood
all by myself.

you taught me the importance of
being responsible.

I show responsibility by making my bed
when you tell me to.
Now…
you loved to braid my beautiful hair.
When I was little…
I can style my own gorgeous hair.
Now…
you taught me how to show respect to
my friends and family.
When I was little…
I love to say kind words and play nicely
with my family and friends.
Now…
you guided me on how to pronounce
difficult words.
When I was little…
I definitely talk fluently to all my
friends and family.
Now…
you taught me how to multiply and
divide numbers.
When I was little…
I am an expert Mathematician.
Now…
you showed me how to be kind to others.
When I was little…
I enjoy being kind to all my
wonderful friends.

you taught me how to use my words.

I can write an entire story using
exciting words.

you held my hands while I learned how to walk.

I know how to walk across the street
safely all by myself.

you taught me how to ride safely on my bike.

I love to do tricks and stand up
on my bike peddles.

you showed me how to wash my hair.

I wash my hair all by myself and I don’t
even get soap in my eyes.

you always got me sparkling clean
in my bathtub.

I take refreshing showers and still
come out shining.
Now…
you taught me how to memorize my
multiplication facts.
When I was little…
I am really good at multiplying numbers.
Now…
you showed lots of patience when you were
teaching me how to spell my name.
When I was little…
I enjoy writing my name in cursive.
Now…
you read lots of adventurous stories to
me before my bedtime.
When I was little…
I love to read, especially during my free time.
Now…
you protected me from my big brother.
When I was little…
I know how to protect myself from my brother
by standing up to him.

you read lots of fairytales and picture
books to me.

I enjoy reading chapter books and longer
fairytales all by myself.

you held onto my bike so that I would
not fall down.

I have really fast bicycle races with
