BUSINESS VERTICALS• DEVELOPMENT – This is the core area of work for The 3C Company. Projects of varied categories are conceptualized and developed by the team. The categories include – Commercial, IT/IT PARKS & SEZs, Group Housing, Residential Townships, Schools, Hotels etc.

• CONSTRUCTION – Construction via the Guaranteed Maximum Price Route also known as GMP is a One Stop Solution for Clients where the project is handled right from the designing, architecture, construction & project management till the completion stage. This also includes one year of defect Liability Period.

• ARCHITECTURE – Our architecture arm plans, designs and maintains aesthetic considerations for all 3C and independent projects. They are the foundation of delivering state of art developments. 3C has received various prestigious recognitions, including President’s award in 2005 for designing the largest, most environmentally friendly Platinum rated LEED building in the world for Wipro Technologies, Gurgaon. The team has to its credit 3 Platinum Rated and 4 Gold Rated Leed certified projects as on date, the only company in Asia with such accreditations.

• HOSPITALITY - 3C has forayed into the hospitality sector joining hands with Four Seasons to develop a luxury hotel and private residences at Delhi One.

• PROJECT MANAGEMENT – 3C Project Management Team carefully plans and puts an organized effort to execute a specific project. This team’s focus is developing a project plan, which includes defining and confirming the project goals and objectives, identifying tasks and achieving them, quantifying the resources needed, and determining budgets and timelines for completion of the said project.

• FACILITY MANAGEMENT – 3C Facility Management is an integral wing of The 3C Company managing the maintenance & services of buildings once they are operational.

• INTERIORS – 3C provides comprehensive interior fitout services to most hospitality chains, large number of MNC’s etc. that are rendered with a special attention to client’s directions, requisites and practical feasibility, coupled with creative and innovative instincts.

• EDUCATION – 3C is also contributing towards providing world class education facilities for young minds by developing and successfully running LOTUS VALLEY INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL. Plans are underway to add new schools at Gurgaon, Greater Noida and at Yamuna Expressway.
