2012 to Present

Employed as a Facilities/Operations Manager looking after all the commercial Buildings both fabric and Hard and Soft Services with an annual budget of £5 Million for Vodafone UK.

Carrying out Audits on all operational tasks and Projects.

Looking at ways to reduce our Operational costs by spending our Capital expenditure where its needed.

Managing the £12 Million Project to upgrade the A/C at the core MTX's to free cooling units which will save up to £1 Million per year in Energy costs.

Upgrading all the on site security to help better protect our staff and Building's, whilst removing Guarding and reducing cost.

Working on the old fixed line estate to bring the Buildings up to Vodafone standards, including Fabric, M&E, and Security.

I’m currently heading up a £20 Million 4 year Project to secure all Vodafone’s Technical Buildings, A creating Europe’s best Security Operations Centre/Alarm Response Centre.

2010 to 2012

• Employed as a technical officer/Project Manager to oversee all works carried out on site

• Produce construction information packs and scope of works

• Issue F10s for CDM jobs and complying with all DDA, Asbestos and Health and Safety issues.

• Working for Serco in conjunction with the Defence Housing Executive.

• Involved in Schedule of Rates (SOR) works and Refurbishment Projects.

• Reporting to WSM and Property Manager; EWC and other bodies

• Overseeing property refurbishment to standard one for conditions.

• Check the DIMS for Measure term Contract

• Writing tenders, specifications and variations.

• General site management duties including producing snag lists and

conducting handover’s. Project values up to £750k.

• Working for Trafalgar in conjunction with Local Councils.

• Responsibilities included surveying planned maintenance contracts and

asset management plans.

• Preparing schedule of rates and ensuring work is carried out to the

highest standards.
