    Logging On to MPAD

    Prior to Collection Activity

    STEP 1: Choose collector name by using Drop Down icon.

    STEP 2: Tap the arrow down by using stylus and select the collectors

    user name, for example (rmcabaloza )

    STEP 3: Tap your stylus on the underline portion of the PASSWORD, then a

    KEYBOARD appears on the screen, then enter your assigned Pin Number or

    Password.

    3.1 Note: If your password starts with letters, tap (abc) below the screen

    to show the alphabet on screen.

    3.2 Note: If your password starts with numbers, tap (123) to show numeric

    on screen.

    STEP 4: Enter your Pin Number or Password, tap Done when finished.

    NOTE: You can use Back Space when you accidentally tapped the wrong

    key.

    STEP 5: Tap OK button when youre done choosing the user name and

    typing the password.

    STEP 6: When the Collection Module appears on the screen of your

    mPAD it means you successfully entered the correct information. You

    can now start the collection.

    USING THE COLLECTION MODULE

    Using Sequence Check BoxSTEP 1: After receiving mPAD from cash custodian, Plan ahead your trip.

    Just simply tap and check Seq box below (Sequence Box), and tap the

    name of clients one at the time.

    STEP 2: Then tap Seq Above (Sequence Box)and mPAD will

    automatically sort the customer name you planned to collect first.

    STEP 3: If you want to sort customer name alphabetically on their last

    name, just tap the NAME

    HOW TO SEARCH CUSTOMER NAME?

    STEP 1: You can use the Dropdown icon appearing on the upper right

    side of the screen to choose whether you want to find customer by

    customer name or by account number.

    1. 1 Choose (customer name) if you want to find customer by

    Custnam (Customer Name)

    1.2 Choose (account number) if you want to find customer by

    Accountnum(Account Number).

    Then tap your stylus on the underline portion beside (Find) then the

    keyboard appears on the screen.

    Step 2: You can now type the surname of the customer that you want to

    collect. For example BOGNALO. Then tap done button.

    Step 3: The MPAD automatically highlights the name you want to see or

    to collect. Select and tap the name of customer you want to collect. For

    ex. (BOGNALO)

    COLLECTING FOR PAYMENTSSTEP 1: Choose Customer Name that you want to collect and tap it using the stylus.

    Note: be sure to uncheck sequence box before choosing name.

    STEP 2: After selecting the customer, the payment module is shown. All

    information regarding the loan of specific customer appears on the mPAD

    screen. Just tap the Payment icon located at the lower portion of the

    screen and beside (payment) to input payment.

    STEP 3: Input the amount paid by the customer, for example (100.00)one

    hundred pesos. Tap OK button when finished.

    Note: you can use Back Space arrow when you accidentally input wrong

    information.

    STEP 4: The amount you input appears on the payment screen, be sure that you

    enter right amount before tapping the (Save & Print) Button. If you type wrong

    information tap Cancel.

    STEP 5: After tapping save & print, mPAD takes you to the confirmation screen.

    Tap Confirm and machine prints the ticket. Press Cancel otherwise.

    STEP 6: After printing, the mPAD screen will take you back to collection

    module; customer name that already collected is automatically

    hidden on the screen. Do the same procedure to collect to another

    customer.

    STEP 7: If you want to show all the customer name (including the name

    of customer that already collected) tap Show All check box.

    COLLECTING NEW ACCOUNTS?

    STEP 1: Tap the MENU BAR located at the lower left portion of the mPAD

    screen.

    STEP 2: A menu appears on the mPAD screen. Then tap Add Account

    STEP 3: New payment module appears on the screen, input the Account

    Number and Customer Name. Then the Amount Paid by the customer.

    STEP 4: Double check all information then Tap Save & Print, another

    confirmation appear on the screen to remind you. If all is okay, tap

    confirm button

    Step 4.1 Note: Check the box if it is a co maker payment.

    Tap Confirm Button, when done. Tap Cancel otherwise.

    CHECKING THE MPAD BATTERY

    STEP 1: Tap the MENU BAR located at the lower left portion of the mPAD

    screen.

    STEP 2: A menu appears on the mPAD screen. Then tap Information.

    STEP 3: Then tap Status, mPAD battery status appears on the screen

    STEP 4: If youre done checking the mPAD battery then tap Close

    Note:

    A full charge of PDA battery is at 100% PRINTER

    A fully charge of Printer battery is at 8.2 V or 82%

    SETTING THE DEPOSIT SLIP (DS)

    Step 1. From the collection module, tap the drop down menu icon to reveal the

    menu bar. Click Options and click Add DS.

    Step 2. The deposit slip will appear, and you can input the Deposit Slip Number

    using the input box provided. Input the deposit slip twice to confirm.

    Step 3. Press OK to mark all unmarked tickets with the provided Deposit Slip

    Number (DS #)

    Step 4. A confirmation box will appear press the Correct button to confirm.

    Note: You can issue multiple deposit slip by accessing the deposit slip module

    over again as it will mark tickets only.

    REPRINTING THE LAST RECEIPT

    Reprinting the last receipt is supported feature if in case the printed receipt is

    hard to read or the printer got into trouble and was unable to print the receipt.

    Step 1. From the collection module, tap the drop down menu icon to reveal

    the menu bar. Click Print and click Reprint.

    TIPS:

    PAANO KAPAG NAG HANG ANG mPAD?

    1. Tanggalin sa printer ang PDA

    2. Hanapin sa likuran ng palm ang maliit na butas

    3. Makikita sa tapat ng butas ang reset

    4. Bahagya lamang sundutin ng dulo ng stylus.

    5. Iwasang gumamit ng napuputol na bagay tulad ng walis tingting o toothpick.

    6. Kapag nai reset na ang mPAD, ito ay babalik sa dati nyang screen.

    MGA GABAY SA PAG CHA CHARGE NG mPAD

    1. Ipasok sa 220v outlet ang charger ng mPAD. Tingnan ang larawan

    bilang 5.

    2. Kunin ang mPAD tingnan sa parteng ibaba ang power connection ng

    printer at ipasok ang dulo ng charging pin

    a. Kapag umilaw na ang indicator led na kulay pula ay naka charge na

    ang inyong mPAD.

    b. Hayaan lamang na nakakabit ang printer hanggang 2 3 na oras.

    c. Para Makita kung full charge na ang mPAD tingnan ang ilaw or indicator led ng printer

    kung kulay green na.

    d. Para Makita at ma sigurado full charge ang mPAD mag print ng voltage

    report ng mPAD.

    Pindutin ang power ng printer at hintaying tumunog ang printer at

    magkulay pula ang ilaw bago bitiwan ang power ng printer, tapos

    lalabas ang voltage print out. Ang full charge ng printer ay 8.3V o

    8.2V

    3. Iwasto ang mPAD sa tamang lalagyan o lugar para sa pag cha charge.

    4. Pagkatapos gamitin maghapon ang mPAD ay muling ulitin ang proseso

    ng pag cha charge.

    Mga Gabay sa Tamang Pagpapalit ng Thermal Paper

    1.Tanggalin ang takip ng printer, bahagyang ipasok ang dalawang daliri sa

    ibabaw na butas ng printer, marahang iaangat ang takip pataas.

    2. Palitan ang thermal, at itamang mabuti ang dulong bahagi ng takip sa

    dulong unahang bahagi ng printer. Huwag hayaang tagilid ang takip

    sa pagkat maaari itong masira.

    3. Ipuwesto patalikod sa iyo ang printer, mapapansin na nakaangat pa

    ang takip matapos itama ang dulong bahagi. Marahang itulak ng

    dalawang daliri ang nakaangat na bahagi ng takip. Kapag lapat na lapat

    ang takip sa printer tama ang ginawa mo.

    4. Siguraduhing nasa gitna ang pagkakalagay ng thermal paper. Upang

    maayos na lumabas ang papel sa printer. Tandaan : Palabasin ng

    konte ang papel , marahang guhitan ang papel sa pamamagitan ng

    kuko, kapag nagkaguhit ng kulay itim, tama ang posisyon ng

    thermal, kapag di gumuhit, ibig sabihin baliktad ang kabit ng papel kaya

    dapat ulitin.

    GABAY SA PAGTINGIN NG BOLTAHE NG BATTERY NG PALM AT PRINTER

    Wastong paraan ng pagtinging kung full charge o low battery na ang palmat printer.

    a. Sa palm tingnan ang progra kung saan makikita ang battery voltage

    indicator na nagsasabi na 100% percent pa ang charge ng palm.

    MGA BAGAY NA MAAARING MAKASIRA SA MPAD

    PDA At SYLUS

    1. Huwag gamitan ng matitigas na bagay ang screen katulad ng ballpen.

    Stylus lamang ang gamiti sa pag tap g command sa screen, kaya't

    iwasang mawala ito.

    2.Huwag hayaang maarawan ng matagal ang mPAD sapagkat maaaring

    maapektuhan ang loob ng PDA.

    3. Hindi water proof ang PDA kaya huwag hayaang mailubog sa tubig.

    Printer

    1. Siguraduhing laging full charge ang Printer bago ilabas sa operasyon. Sapagkat babag

    ang printing ng ticket kapag hindi nai charge ng mabuti.

    2. Huwag hayaang masira ang printer cover para magamit ito ng maayos.

    SD Card

    1. Huwag tangalin ang sd card na nakapasok sa palm, maaring magkaroon ng problema

    mPAD.

    Charger

    1. Huwag gamitin sa ibang unit ang charger, sapagkat maaari itong masira.

    2. Ang charger ng printer ay 220 volts.

    Thermal Paper

    1. Bawal mainitan ang thermal paper sapagkat nagiging kupas na itim ang kulay nito at h

    na maaaring gamitin.

    2. Sa dulo nito ay may makikitang kulay pulang guhit. Tanda na ubos na ito, kaya maaa

    palitan.
