We are aware that in these days lot of ground preparations are being made toscript Up-Coming Railway budget 2012-13 in the Ministry of Railways. I appreciate thesupportive mechanism created by the Govt. of Karnataka to bring all Railway Projects ofKarnataka on fast track by appointing Spl.Officer to monitor progress of Landacquisitions process in respect of Railway projects. It is well known that the State ofKarnataka is only state across India giving Lands required for the Rly Project at th~ costof State to complet6he Railway Projects on time bound programme. As this'is the rightTime lie by jan 2012] tO'lead the delegation consists of MP's Karnataka and another byHouse committee to meet Hon'ble Union Railway Minister in New-Delhi to urge for fortaking positive decisions on New Projects/higher allocation to on Going works!introduction of New Train service/Capacity building at selected Rly stations! Buildingnew Terminals with pit Lines/ Stabling Lines / building World class/.MFC stations.

In this connection I write state that Delegation leading by you, is certainly addvalue to the purpose and Railway budget 2012-13 and augur well for Karnataka. HenceI urge you to lead the delegation to have basket full of Railway projects fo~ Karnataka inthe up-coming Railway budget 2012-13. I understand that you are leader & driving forcefor capacity building exercise in Karnataka. Further for your kind perusal I haveenclosed the list of Railway projects, though [not exhaustive] to happen in the State.
