Why New Toronto TOC?

• Both Central Region TOCs are aging and requiring reinvestment– Downsview TOC is 23 years old

– Burlington TOC is 21 years old

• Was temporarily located in modular building

• Lease agreement for use of Joseph Brant hospital site has expired

• Opportunity to streamline operations by consolidating

• New TOC provides opportunity to expand for future
