JSC “Mogilevliftmach” produce and widen m o d e l l i n e o f e l e v a t o r s w h i c h a r e correspond to EU Rules 2014/33/EC for e l e v a t o r s a n d 2 0 1 4 / 3 0 / E C f o r e l e c t r o m a g n e t i c c o m p a t i b i l i t y. O u r enterprise has got the right to mark security nodes (two ways interaction door shaft locks, safety gears and speed limit devices for elevators with 400-1000kg load capacity and 1m/s speed) with CE mark.

It is fitted with all necessary bench and metrical equipment for elevator testing and its components.

P A S S E N G E R E L E VAT O R S M A N U FA C T U R E D B Y J S C « M O G I L E V L I F T M A S H » A R E CHARACTERIZED BY:

- smooth run and improved accuracy of the stop; - comfortable cabin and reduced level of noise; - vandal-protected control panels and calling posts with lighting of the buttons; - indicators of the movement direction and location of the cabin; - microprocessor-based control station; - frequency control of the main drive and the drive of the cabin doors; - LED-based lighting; - indication of the cabin overload.

Passenger elevators are manufactured with load capacity of 320, 400, 630, 1000 kg and motion speed up to and including 1 m/sec.

Passenger elevators are designed for i n sta l l a t i o n w i t h i n t h e a p a r t m e n t houses and residential buildings.

THE ELEVATORS CAN BE ADDITIONALLY EQUIPPED WITH: - mirror; - ventilation; - indication display of the cabin location and overload with voice message; - access restriction device (mechanical or electronic key); - non-standard designation of the stops; - LCD display of indication of the cabin location and overload with voice message; - buttons with Braille code;

They are manufactured with upper location of machine room as well as without machine room.

ELEVATORS WITHOUT MACHINE ROOM

Usage of the elevators without machine room is one of promising development directions of the world elevator industry. Advantages of this type of elevators provide their wide usage within apartment houses and residential buildings, hotels, cottages and all the types of contemporary building structures.

JSC “Mogilevliftmash” manufactures passenger elevators without machine

room with load-capacity of 400, 630 and 1000 kg with axial gearless

w i n c h l o c a t e d u n d e r overlapping of the shaft and motion speed of 1.0 and 1.6 m/sec, with doors of central a n d t e l e s c o p i c o p e n i n g (door aperture of 650 and 1200 mm).

W h i l e d e s i g n i n g o f t h e elevators without machine room special attention was b r o u g h t t o m o u n t i n g c o m f o r t , c o m f o r t o f technical maintenance and strict obedience of safety regulations.

The elevators are completed with frequency controller of the main drive by YASKAWA company, as well as with uninterruptible power supply that provides evacuation of the passengers if power supply is cut off.

ADVANTAGES OF THE ELEVATORS WITHOUT MACHINE ROOM

1) Absence of machine room provides economy of the building space thus permitting to bring into life the most ambitious architectural decisions. 2) Usage of gearless winch on the basis of synchronous electric engine with constant magnets improves energy-saving parameters. Total consumption of electric energy is reduced at 30% if compared with gear winches. 3) Comfort within the elevator cabin and the building it is installed in is provided with lower noise and vibration features (noise level within the cabin is reduced to 55 dB). 4) High accuracy of the cabin stop provides safety of its usage. 5) Environmental friendliness is obtained due to usage of gearless drive, without oil. Maintenance expenses are reduced as well. Control panel is complete module where general mounting of the cabin electric equipment is carried out; it provides convenience of adjustment and replacement of electric appliances as well as improves safety while maintenance.

They are manufactured in vandal-proof, fire-proof and fire-safe performance, made of metal coated with powder paints or made of stainless steel depending upon the cabin interior.

Designation of the floors and service remarks are applied with laser engraving method and are perfectly seen throughout durable operation; it makes the elevator be comfortable for operation for people with low vision.
