Mountain Shade Alloy frames are available in a heavy duty 46 x 40 mm MF42 frame. MF42 is also available in COMPACT Frame configurations. (which folds down to only 1m high and fits into a car boot.)

This is a heavier duty entry level pop-up marquee solution that incorporates larger legs, cross pieces and stronger connectors. These pop-up marquees are an excellent option for the user who has owned a “cheapy and flimsy” marquee and wants to upgrade.

Our MF42 is designed so each part is replaceable to ensure you get long sevice from your investment. Unlike the suppliers who use rivets and low cost fasteners, we use nuts, screws and bolts to ensure you can repair and replace all parts on your Mountain Shade frame.

Size does matter with marquee frames, and our 50mm frame has no peer. If you want a marquee to withstand any elements, insist on the Megaframe 52.

Wall Panel Options

An extensive set of wall panel options allow you maximum versatility and flexibility. All wall panels interconnect via Marine Grade Zippers to ensure weather proofing and use strong Velcro to attach to the roof and frame legs. Unlike other supplier, we don’t use cheap rubber fasteners that don’t make the marquee wind and water proof.

Our popular Solid Wall (WS) are very popular for everyday use. Combined with the Door Wall (WD) it allows you to fully enclose your marquee. A popular option is to add a Window Wall (WW) to allow an open window ( with flyscreen of course) for airflow shade and light entry into the marquee. When the weather changes, the Window Walls, external flap closes securely via zippers to seal it back up. Our Window Walls also have optional PVC clear cover to let light in, but keep the weather out.

Our Cafe Wall (WC) allows the light in whilst keeping the weather out and is great for applications like portable stores and mobile dining area’s. It very popular with mobile food vendors and cafe/restuarant operators.

Our Wall Panels are available as Wall Kits which provide the most popular wall panel configurations for our customers. We offer the following wall kit packages, all at special kit package pricing.

A unique feature of Mountain Shade is the ability to use your Mountain Shade as a waterproof frame and fly for a tent which erects in 60 seconds inside your Mountain Shade. This allows extra versatility for your Mountain Shade when camping, travelling or even exhibiting.

This is not a cheap tent but high quality and designed for use with your 3m, 4.5m, 6m Mountain Shade.

Leg Weights

These include steel 15kg leg weights and also Polyester and Commercial High Wear Resistent PVC leg weights. These cater for all situations where your marquee can be used. These are used when your marquee is to be used on hard standing and you can use the supplied pegs to hold it down.

These are used to connect multiple marquee’s together to form a single structure. Our products are extremely high quality and allow you to make large structures that pack away into individual marquee’s.

/ DYE SUBLIMATION printingMountain Shade would like to lead you to a thorough understanding about the dye-sublimation process and how it is an excellent method of printing. We have adopted it as our standard because it processes better outcome for our customers. Unlike other printing suppliers, we provide a warranty on our dye-sublimation printing.

What is Dye-Sublimation

The “sublimation” means that the dye turns into a gas without first turning into a liquid.

Dye-sublimation is a printing process that applies heat to transfer dye onto different media forms, in per case, fabric. The dye basically undergoes sublimation, which is by definition the transition of matter from a solid to a gaseous state, skipping the liquid phase. Seeing the efficiency of this concept it was adopted by printer developers, most especially for high quality photo printing.

Unlike the usual CMYK or Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and Key (Black), a dye-sublimation printer employs CYMO wherein black is replaced with overcoating. The overcoating is deemed more effective in printing as it prevents discoloration caused by sunlight and air and yields water-proof prints.

The paper and ribbon are passed by the printhead. The ribbon is heated, and shaded dots of dye are transferred to the media. The ribbon contains a panel of each color the same size as the page being printed.
