We invite your most competitive offer including the earliest possible delivery period for the supply of items as per detailed specifications mentioned in Annexure. Village Bhat, Dist - Gandhinagar. Pin - 382 424. 2. Due Date: August 21 2013 Before 17:00 hours 3. The offer should be submitted in sealed cover super scribing on the top left hand corner offer for Gas Holder MDG : PUR: HSG : 14082013 If it is not super scribed it can be liable for rejection. 4. Offer received after due date for whatsoever reason may be rejected. We will not be responsible for postal delays. 5. Offer should valid for acceptance, for 45 days from date for submission of offer. 6. The price should be quoted on F O R destination basis, which is as per term. 7. The price should be quoted on F O R destination basis-inclusive of all applicable taxes, packing and forwarding, freights etc. Non indication of above levies will mean that prices are inclusive of all taxes and above levies. Offer should cover warranty of at least one year against any manufacturing defects. 8. Realistic and earliest delivery period should be indicated in offer.




9. It will not be binding on us to accept the lowest offer. 10. Right to accept/reject any/all offers without assigning reason is reserved by us. 11. Offers which are incomplete or not meeting the conditions are liable for rejection. 12. Payment terms with 60% against material supply, 30% after commissioning &

10% against performance bank guarantee for one year will only be accepted. If the payment term is document through bank, all banking charges shall be borne by the suppliers.

13. Vendor may quote separately for Gas Holder, Man Hole & for SS Channel of

provide along with offer, without vendor form offer must not consider. 15. Only the vendor may quote who done similar type of work above 10 lac & provide proof of the same. Technical Specifications for Gas Holder: Scope of Work: Scope of work covers supply, unloading at site, installation, testing and commissioning of Bio Gas Holder at Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) of Mother Dairy, Gandhinagar. All arrangements for lifting tools & tackles for unloading and installation shall be in the scope of supplier. Technical Specifications: Gas holder shall be made from M.S. ISA 50x50x5 mm frame structure covered by 1 mm thick S.S.304 sheet as per drawings ESPL/MDG/GH/FAB/01 to 06. Broad specifications are as under.

1. Frame structure for gas holder made from M.S. ISA 50 x 50 x 5 mm angles, comprising of followings:

a. Top and Bottom Rings with 8 Nos. horizontal braces in each ring. b. 2 Nos. Intermediate Stiffener Rings. c. 8 Nos. Vertical Side Braces d. Top Dom structure having 8 Nos. Angles. e. Painting of entire structure with corrosion resistant paint.

2. Covering of frame structure with 1 mm thick S.S.304 sheet. 3. S.S.304 manhole having following broad specifications:

a. S.S.304 shell of 450 mm diameter and 150 mm length, having 6 mm thickness. b. S.S.304 6 mm thick flange and blind flange. c. Pad plates (1.5 mm thick) of 450mm ID and 850 mm OD inside and outside the shell. d. 2 Nos. S.S. 304 grips made from 16 mm rod.

4. S.S.304 manhole having following broad specifications:

a. S.S.304 shell of 450 mm diameter and 150 mm length, having 6 mm thickness. b. S.S.304 6 mm thick flange and blind flange.

5. 4 Nos. S.S. 304 lifting lugs with S.S.304 5 mm thick pad plates. 6. 300 mm diameter 6 mm thick bottom flange welded to central pipe and central horizontal

braces.

7. 150 NB MS C Class central hollow pipe of 4.3 meter length.

8. 100 NB MS C Class guide pipe of 7.5 meter length.

9. 300 mm diameter 6 mm thick top flange welded to guide pipe.

Time Frame:Complete work including fabrication and installation at site shall be completed within maximum time frame of 6 weeks.




Technical Specifications for Digester Effluent Outlet System & Manhole: Scope of Work: Scope of work covers supply, unloading at site and installation of S.S.304 12 meters high digester effluent outlet system at Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) of Mother Dairy, Gandhinagar. All arrangements for lifting tools & tackles for unloading and installation shall be in the scope of supplier. Specifications: System shall comprise of 16 Nos. S.S.304 outlet channels made from 200mm x 200mm x 4 meters long 2 mm thick channels as per drawing ETP– CIVIL- 03B along with reference drawings ETP-CIVIL-03 and 03A. Also, a manhole for the digester is to be fabricated as per attached drawing. Broad specifications are as under.

1. 16 Nos. S.S.304 2 mm thick 200 x 200 x 4000 mm long effluent outlet channels to be fixed on digester top structure.

2. S.S.304 2 mm thick 200 x 200 mm end plates welded on both sides of outlet channels.

3. 16 Nos. 50 mm OD 2 mm thick and 100 mm long outlet pipes welded to the channel end plates.

4. Fixing of channels as indicated in Detail X of drawing ETP-CIVIL-03B with miscellaneous plates A, B & C and pipes 1&2.

5. Manhole made from MS “C” class 700 mm ID pipe, having 700 mm length. Outer end to be covered with MS blind flange. Two manhole grips to be made from 16 mm plain MS rod.

Time Frame: Complete work including fabrication and installation at site shall be completed within maximum time frame of 6 weeks.
