I wish to obtain a position of Human Resource with your organization and to gain and
add values in another market to expand my horizons and use the knowledge gained in
my academic and professional life for the better sake of the organization and myself.
During studying I acquired the knowledge needed to become an efficient HR
practitioner, my HR studying and wide reading taught me how to think strategically and

Promoted to a HR Administration Lead which is equivalent to HR Shared Services Manager in Nestle Business Services managing 3 teams of 17+ associates and 3
Supervisors (Employee Services Egypt team, Employee Services Middle East team and
HRIS Egypt and Middle East team). My Responsibilities are as follows:
- Lead, motivate and deliver high performance across the team.

Was granted a new work scope and assigned to supervise the Employee Services (ES)
team as HRIS & Employee Services Supervisor for Nestle Egypt consisting of 8 full
time employees (FTEs) and in the same time I am still responsible of the HRIS team
with all its tasks and responsibilities. My responsibilities are as follows:
- Effectively coach senior leadership in matters relating to HR processes,
employment practices.
- Using change management approaches which includes; evaluating the needs of
the change, communication planning, executing communication, coaching for
change management, resistance management and acknowledge success.
- Provide individualized executive coaching, as required, to help drive high
performance team result, develop leadership and help to create a high
performing organization.
- Oversee and ensure smooth delivery of all HR operational processes.
- Actively involved in manpower issues (hire, fire, discipline, transfer and
promotion, loans etc…) impacting the SSC.
- Oversee the accurate maintenance of employee records including on-boarding
data, employment adjustments and exit data for multi-location entities.

Returned to Nestle Business Services Cairo after completing the assignment and
strategic plans in Nestle Business Services Europe. Again, I am appointed as HRIS Supervisor, leading a team of 3 HR specialists and responsible of:
- Ensure compliance with internal control procedures and Nestle Business
Services requirements.
- Created the OM and HRIS team from scratch consisting of 3 team members
including the standard routines, responsibilities, alignment of policies and
procedures, knowledge transfers from abroad teams virtually and giving them to
team members.
- Full implementation cycle of the SAP HCM for Iran including business blue print,
realization plan and go live & support of the OM, PA and PY sub-modules
configurations including Organization structure, HR Enterprise /Personnel
Structure, Basic Settings, Personal Data, Family and other info types etc…
- Troubleshoot user problems and implement solutions.- Acquire new systems knowledge through research, reading and formal training.

Started an assignment Nestle Ukraine (transferred from Nestle Business Services Cairo
to Nestle Business Services Europe) on a mission of 4 months as an Organizational
Management team Leader (Senior HR specialist “Team Leader”) offering Employee
services (OM) to Russia, Czech & Slovak, Hungary, Ukraine, Romania, Austria and
Poland for shared employees services center in Lviv Ukraine.
Main Purpose of the Job:
Supervising, controlling and monitoring the work process and implementing new scopes
for the Organizational Management team consisting of 5 specialists.
My Responsibilities:
- Building an OM team from scratch including the recruitment of the team and the
alignment of the requested data from markets.
- Implementing new approaches and updating new standard procedures for the
work process matrix. Engaging in the implementation of the new automation
system as a tool for receiving the requests from the market as per the NBS and
Organizational Management best practices, Workflow and procedures.
- Proposing new ideas for the NBS (Nestle Business Services) as the Human

I joined a new Organization emerged from Nestle called Nestle Business Services (NBS)
(Shared Services Center, SSC) as Organization Management Specialist . The (NBS)
consists of all business services (financial and HR employee services) to serve the whole
region then to be serving the whole zone of North East Africa Region (NEAR) and Nestle
Middle East Region (NME).
Main Purpose of the Job:
Maintain, assess, design, run and create the whole organizational Structure for Nestle
Egypt, NEAR (North East Africa Region) and Nestle Middle East (NME) Market on the
(SAP) and coordinating with other markets if necessary to implement new processes
and procedures modification according to the markets policies and Nestle best practices
and recommendations of guidelines from Globe Centers.
My Responsibilities:
- Involved in the in a full cycle SAP HCM Implementation for the organization
management (OM) which included project preparation, business blue print,
realization phase, final preparation and ,finally, Go live and support.
- I had the task of configuring and testing Nestlé’s org structure using simple
maintenance, maintain integration switches, maintain plan version and maintain
number ranges with the SAP consultants as per Nestle needs and customization.

2045 employee through communication with the HRBPs.

Transferred to the Planning Department as a Demand & Supply Planner (DSP) in
Kalioub Factory in the chilled dairy division upon the factory manager request.
Main Purpose of Job:
Was responsible of planning for the quantities of all dairy SKU’s with collaboration of
the Sales and the Production departments and relying on the forecast that we
receive from the sales which upon we calculate the required quantities the market
needs.
My Responsibilities:
- Recommends production schedules, changeovers, shift requirements and
flexibility to the various production centers.
- Provides assistance to the operational section to unforeseen production changes
with packaging and raw materials.
- Plans ahead for 1 weekly production plans on system (Finished Product and
Semi-finished Finished) to have accurate requirements of raw and packaging
materials according to sales forecast.
- Assures that raw and packaging materials are liberated and available in a timely
manner for production plan, while monitoring the materials in the QA dept. to
make sure that all R&P materials are released on time.
- Participate in the Daily Operational Review (DOR) Daily Operation Review to
monitor daily performance and take any necessary action to adjust the weekly
plan.
- Evaluates production capacities and establishes the production program for each
section accordingly.

Joined Nestle team as a super user in the Warehouse & Planning Department. I was
responsible of 5 warehouse worker to teach them the skills and tools of how to use the
(SAP) system in the process. I was involved in putting the specifications and
configurations of the warehouse using Warehouse Management System (WMS) including the WM-IM, QM and PP modules. I was involved also in mapping entire
storage facilities in the Warehouse Management system to set up various storage
facilities such as automatic warehouse, high rack storage areas, bulk storage or fixed
storage bins in various storage types.
We had to build the warehouse from the perspective of:
- Storage Bin Management
- Goods Movements
- Planning and Monitoring
- Radio Frequency Connection
I was located in Kalioub factory in the chilled dairy products. Was responsible of five
workers in the raw & packing materials Warehouse to implement the globe program
(SAP). After the success in the implementation, I was assigned as Warehouse Controller in the Chilled Dairy factory warehouse (Raw & Packing materials).
Main Purpose of Job:Supervisory position responsible for all Raw & Pack materials Warehouse operation
(Safety, Material Receiving, Material Issuing to production, GMP and inventory accuracy).
My Responsibilities:
- Implements and Ensures safety stacking of materials.
- Ensures safe forklift operation especially regarding speed and load.

adheres strictly to (FEFO) first Expiry – first out policy unless otherwise advised.

consignment.
