A. If you have created previous presentations for this contact, you can click the “View Previous Presentations” link where all presentations you have worked on for this particular contact will be listed.

B. To review any previous presentations you have created for this contact, click on the “View” link to the left of the presentation.

• You may also Print, Email, Copy or Delete this presentation.• The padlock is displayed when a final presentation has been generated and cannot be edited for

compliance purposes.

C. Navigate through the progress bar to view each section, or download the report. When final reports are generated, the reports are locked and cannot be edited. You may however make changes to a Copy of the presentation and save it with a new Presentation Name.

Start a New Presentation

Start a New Presentation - Adding a Co-Borrower

A. To begin a new presentation:• Click the “Mortgage Insights” tab. • Search for the customer you will be preparing a presentation for by using the “Search By” fields.• Click on the last name.

*This will take you to the “Presentations” page.

B. Complete the following information: • Choose a “Presentation Name”.• Fill in the “Presentation For” and “Property State” fields.• Select an “Anticipated Closing Date” for the scenarios you will be presenting.• Click the “Save Presentation” button.

TIP: You must SAVE the presentation before continuing or you will not be able to complete your report.

If you are creating a presentation that includes a Co-Borrower, add both parties to the Presentation fields as shown below.

If your Property State does not show up in the dropdown list, please contact your Branch Manager.

The consumer goals section is where you will include information from your customers regarding what they hope to achieve by obtaining a new mortgage or refinance. This information will appear in the Final Report, so we recommend that you get specifics from your customers, and add notes about how they will benefit from options you are presenting. When you have completed these fields, click the “Save Presentation” button.

You will now be able to freely navigate through the application by clicking on any of the buttons along the progress bar, or clicking “Next”.

Note: The “Property State” is an important field as it will affect your ability to calculate closing costs. If your branch is not licensed in the State the Property is located in, you will not be able to complete the presentation without making the appropriate changes.

View/Edit Scenarios

A. You may include up to three Loan Scenarios for your Mortgage Insights presentation for a side-by-side comparison in the Final Report.

B. A pop up box will appear allowing you to “View” and “Include” your scenarios in your presentation. To include a scenario, checkmark the box in the “Included” column. Click the “Continue >>” button.

A. To create a new Loan Scenario:• Complete all required fields and click the “Calculate & Save” button.• Click “Start New Scenario” to create your next Loan Scenario.

Note: You can save time filling in the information on your next scenario by clicking the “Copy & Save” button and changing only the fields you wish, including the “Scenario Name”. Then, click the “Calculate & Save” or “Copy & Save” button.

The “Override” boxes allow you to override auto-populated fields. Check the “Override” box and make your entries in the space provided. All scenarios created here may be “Included” in your presentations.

When you have created and included your Loan Scenarios, use the progress bar buttons, or click “Next”, to advance to the next screen.

Creating Loan Scenarios

Note: When creating a scenario with the loan purpose of “Refinance”, you must enter your customers’ current mortgage information. (See the example below)

If you would like to include “Current Housing Costs” in your Presentation:• Select either “Mortgage Amount” or “Rent Amount” from the drop down list. • To eliminate previously saved “Housing Costs”, click on “None” from the drop down list.• Fill in the required fields and click “Save.” This will take you to the “Closing Costs” page.

View/Edit Housing Costs

Closing costs are set up by default, at the company level, for the state that your branch is licensed in. If you are compiling scenarios for a client in a different state, you will not be able to proceed without contacting your company manager.

Each Scenario will have its own set of Closing Costs that populate from the branch closing cost tables. You may edit certain costs to make necessary changes. Save your changes to this presentation by clicking on the “Save” button next to each Loan Scenario you would like to include in your presentation.

TIP: Each set of closing costs MUST be saved or they will not show up in the Review or Final Report pages.

A. Click the “Edit” button and return to the “View/Edit Scenarios screen” using the progress bar button. (See above)

B. Click the “View Previous Scenarios” link.

• Uncheck the box in the “Included” column and click the “View” link alongside of the scenario you wish to edit. Click “Continue”.

• Edit your scenario and click the “Calculate & Save” button.

• Click the “View Previous Scenarios” link and checkmark the box in the “Included” column.

• Return to the “Closing Costs” screen to save the scenario.

EDIT A LOAN SCENARIO

The “Review Presentation Details” screen is where you can do a quick review of your work. Here, you can view a summary of the “Loan Scenarios” you created, review the “Closing Costs”, change the order in which your loan scenarios are presented and check that the information displayed is accurate.

To make changes, return to the appropriate screen and follow the previous instructions. If changes are made, you will need to re-save the information to the changed Scenario. When you are satisfied, click the “Create Report” button to move to the final stages of creating your presentation.

This Page allows you to review and generate your Final Report, However, you should do a quick review of the various pages to make certain that you are satisfied before generating your Final Report.

Here, you can:• Select a Marketing Partner for Co-Branding your Presentation.• Select and Preview your Cover Page.• Review any of the pages by clicking on the name of the page.

The Introduction page is required in the presentation. Other pages are optional and some will be selected by default. To include other pages, simply “Checkmark” the box next to the page title.

When you are satisfied with your selections Click on the “Generate Final Report” button.
