It is to be presented in a cinematic environment; completely darkened, spatial accoustics optimized for surround experience. Audience preferably seated. 1) Please contact TELCOSYSTEMS with audio and video specifications for approval at least two weeks before show ! The PA should be of sufficient power for the venue with FOH EQ, extra sub bass and should be properly calibrated for surround sound. All other FOH processors should be deactivated. a) TELCOSYSTEMS will require two standard stage risers, joined in a row at their short sides (2x1x0.8/1m WxDxH). The front area between the floor and the riser surface should be fully covered with black molton cloth once the equipment has been set up. Due to the practical impossibility of a proper surround monitoring system, the risers from which the artists will perform should be placed within the 5.1 setup near the back of the PA / Speakers. b) TELCOSYSTEMS will require one large 16:9 widescreen projection screen with a minimum width of 6 mtrs. The projection surface should be of sufficient size for the venue. c) TELCOSYSTEMS use a PC Laptop system for their video. The computer will provide a 720p DVI-D signal (at a 1280 x 720 resolution). TELCOSYSTEMS will require one Christie DW4Kc or equivalent (native 720p 3 Chip DLP) video projector (subject to approval), of sufficient ANSI Lumens for the venue (at least 4000 ANSI Lumens). d) TELCOSYSTEMS mix their video themselves. TELCOSYSTEMS require one 19" widescreen TFT screen capable of displaying a 1280 x 720 resolution, plus the required extended DVI-D fiber cable for connecting the screen to the video PC. e) TELCOSYSTEMS mix their audio themselves. They will require one Allen & Heath WZ3 14:4:2 or equivalent audiomixer (subject to approval), equipped with at least 4 audio subgroup outputs, plus the required cables for connecting the 6 6 !” TRS Jacks to the FOH. Provided surround channels order will be : L (1) / R (2) / Ls (3) / Rs (4) / C (5) / LFE (6) f) TELCOSYSTEMS will require one Behringer DI800 8 channel DI-Box or equivalent (subject to approval), plus the required cables for connecting 6 !” TRS Jacks to the A& H WZ3 14:4:2 mixing desk. g) Four power strips (at least 24 sockets total) for 220 volts European standard. ! beware of grounding issues concerning the mixed use of audio and video equipment, best is to supply separated power groups for the audio and video power supplies ! h) There should be a capable video-engineer present to oversee the set up, to assist in adjusting the videoprojector and/or projection screen(s) during soundcheck and to oversee the show. The engineer should not alter the projection settings once the artists start to play. There should be a capable sound-engineer present to oversee the set up, to assist in adjusting FOH sound during soundcheck and to oversee the show BUT all mixing will be done from the stage. The engineer should not alter the mix or levels once the artists start to play. i) Once the artist start to play ALL lighting, including emergency exits, should be dimmed, with the exception of minimal stage light for the artists. j) All provided equipment and cables should function properly.

2) TELCOSYSTEMS shall receive a minimum of sixty minutes free of all disturbances onstage for the
purpose of a sound and video check before the doors open.
3) TELCOSYSTEMS and their personnel shall maintain 100% control of the production and presentation
of the performance, which includes the following provisions:
a) Absolutely no audio recording, video recording, nor radio broadcasting will be allowed
during the performance unless prior written permission has been granted by TELCOSYSTEMS
or their representative. The PURCHASER agrees to confiscate all unauthorized recording
equipment, and to hold said equipment until the completion of the performance.
b) The volume of the performance as well as the lighting during the performance, both onstage
and through the house system shall be determined exclusively by TELCOSYSTEMS (within the
limits of equipment capacity).
4) TELCOSYSTEMS require the following equipment :
Video
- 1 x Christie DW4Kc video projector
- 1 x Widescreen projection screen (at least 6 meters wide)
- 1 x Widescreen TFT flatscreen (1280 x 720 native resolution)
- All necessary cables and specials (items marked red in hardware layout)
Audio
- 1 x Allen & Heath WZ3 14:4:2
- 1 x Behringer DI-800 UltraDI-PRO 8-channel rack
- A very powerfull P.A. system with 6 full frequency Stacks and extra SUB
- All necessary cables and specials (items marked red in hardware layout)
Stage
- 2 x stage riser (4 m. total) placed in centre of 5.1 PA setup
- 4 x 6-socket power strips
