For the purpose of rhis Warranty the term 'Goods' seaDs aDd includes a[y ftw Vebjcle and the sepaEteassis or parts rhereof manufactured by the Company aod iocludes replacemenr parts manufacturcd or suppliedtbe Compatry with the exceptioD of tlres, sperdometers or electrical €quipment or proprietary anicles or goodsby tbe Company with the exceprioD of tlres, speedometers or eleclrical €quipment or proprietary anicles or gbods

(i[cludiDg coachwork) not of the CompaDy's o$1r marufacture althougb supplied by the Compatry for which trowarra$ly is given by the Company or is to be implied, or a failure brought about by the fitting of special bodies orwarra$ly is given by the Company or is to be imtother accessories not apDroved by the Company.

2. For a Deriod of 12 MONTHS from the date on which Goods are deLivered to the 6rst owoer-user thereofthe Compani will exchaoge o! repair aoy part which needs replacing or Fpai! by reasotr of dcfective matelial o!workmanship.

3. The Company will not be responsible for any expense which the olvtrer-user may incw in removing o! havinglemoved, or in replaciog or having replacrd, any part or parts to be sent for iDspectioD, o! in fitting or having fittedany new parts supplied in lieu there-ol

4. No claim for exchalge or repai! catr be coNidered unless the person claiming:(a) Immediately uporl discovery of the allcged defe.t retums the part or parts complained of carriage paid

to the authorized Disuibutor or Dealer of the Compaov.(r) Sends therewith particulars of tlrc Vehicle o! chassis numbc! atrd the etrgitre rumber of the Vehicle as

shown on the manufacturer's idetrtification plate.(c) Sends firll particulars of the claim and the reasotr lherefor, stating itr such particu.lars the datc of

purchase atrd the name and address of the persoo or 6rm or comp:my from whom the Coods wercpurchased.

(d) Refers to this Wanatrty.5. No claim for exchaoge or rcpair under the telms of this Warra[ty may be made in rcspect of:

(a) Any Goods used:(i) For racing aDd/or record altemp6, or

6, The responsibility of rhe Company is limited to the terms of this Warratrty aad it shall oor be liable forperoDal iDjurie,s or consequential or resulting liability. damage, or loss arisiDg from aDy defects.

7. The judgement of the Compaly in all cases of claims shall be fiDal and condr.rsive and the claimant shallaccept its d'ecisliou on atl questiona as to defects aDd the exchaDgc of a part.

After the expiratioo of six days following dispatch of notification of the Company's decision to the claimant thepan or parls submitted may be scrapped unless otherwise directed.
