Singing Class: at 5:00 p.m. today in the auditorium New Years Eve Family Night: All families are invited Monday,

December 31 at 6 P.M. in the Family Center. Bring a dish to pass and a game to play.

The church office will be closed December 31 and January 1. Men’s Devotional: will not meet January 1, they will resume on

January 8. Ladies’ Bible Class will not meet January 2, they will resume on

January 9. Sunday morning, January 6: all adult classes will meet in the

auditorium. John Orr will be giving his HomeMission annual report. Therefore, the scheduled class passage for January 6th will now be on January 13th and so on until the new sheet is printed.

The 2019 Area-Wide Singing will be at 6:00 p.m. Sunday, January 6, at 10th & Broad.

Just a reminder that all checks given to the church which you want to count on your 2018 tax return must be in the office or contribution on or before December 31, 2018. The law does not allow us to issue tax receipts for 2018 for anything received after December 31, 2018, even though it may be dated 2018. The only exception would be if we were to receive money in the mail postmarked on or before December 31, 2018. (Tax receipts will be sent out for individual checks of $250 or more by January 31, 2019.) You may also access your giving statement at any time through our online database (or call the office for a copy). Go to your profile, click Involvement, click the three dots to the right of Financial & click Giving Statement.

Belize Mission Trip

The youth group will be going to Belize on a mission trip in late July. Adults are welcome and encouraged to come along. If interested, please contact Zachary Waugh, Larry Scott, or Jim Faurie.

Bible Hour: tonight in the small auditorium at 6:00 p.m. LTC: practices for Puppets, Chorus, and Drama begin soon. Please

Sympathy

Lydia Owen passed away Monday, December 24. Our sympathy to Richard & Jolene Owen in the loss of his mother, Bret & Sarah Owen in the loss of his grandmother. Mrs. Owen’s funeral service
