Project Management of additional intensive classes, conferences and lectures. Booking rooms and theatres through several programs, both internally and externally Entering timetables and results into JAMS (FileMaker database) and also Microsoft Excel Updating Blackboard (online learning management system) with information, discussion boards,

turn-it-in assignments and all course documents. This also includes enrolling new staff and students into the appropriate blackboard courses.

Communication with staff at the University of Newcastle to ensure procedures are being followed and also to ensure equity between the two campuses.

Organisation of examinations both practical and written. Including recruitment of patients and examiners, through a strong relationship with the community.

Checking Immunisation records of students to ensure that they meet the requirements of the Area Health Services. This includes following procedure to ensure that all students have the appropriate immunizations and records. For NSW Health, this system is ClinConnect, which also functions as a placement recording system.

Knowledge of SONIA Student Placement software, to view and report on placements. Ensuring student records are up to date and filed in the appropriate corporate information

management system. At UNE these systems are either TRIM or Student Records Management/ RightNow CX.

Minute taking in a variety of meetings in accordance to policy and procedure.

Assisting the organisation of all five years of the Joint Medical Program. This role included administration support for the Year Manager and Placement Officer roles.

Further roles include but are not limited to;
