EXPERIENCE THE HEIGHT OF CELEBRATION

ArcelorMittal [email protected] 8221 9114
Where else in the world can you hold an event at the top of a Turner Prize winner’s iconic sculpture?
As if the ArcelorMittal Orbit was not spectacular enough, why not treat your guests to gravity defying entertainment with circus performers suspended from the sculpture, 80m above the ground? And for the ultimate in team building, abseiling from the ArcelorMIttal Orbit can also be arranged.
A visitor attraction by day, the ArcelorMittal Orbit turns into an exclusive and extraordinary hospitality venue at night. Let your guests soak up the views of the city some 80m above the Park. Two elevators will whisk them up to the two viewing platforms from where Canary Wharf, the City, ExCel and central London are all visible. On a clear day they just might spot the chimneys of Battersea Power Station and the arch of Wembley Stadium.
At the foot of the ArcelorMittal Orbit, this light and airy events space and its outside terrace overlook the developing Stadium and the spectacular London Aquatics Centre, as well as the innovative landscapes of this part of the Park. With its riverside setting and the ArcelorMittal Orbit towering overhead, The Podium offers a strikingly memorable hospitality experience.
Ideal for conferences, press launches, private parties and corporate events, the suite is perfectly designed for delivering presentations with full blackout facilities and adaptive lighting. And the outdoor terrace gives an exclusive area for your guests to relax and network.

The [email protected] 8221 9114
The EastTwenty Hospitality Suite is on the upper level of the contemporary Podium building in the buzzing south of Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park.
Combine your event at The Podium with a visit to the UK’s tallest sculpture, the ArcelorMittal Orbit. Take the elevators set within Anish Kapoor’s twisting red tower up to the viewing platforms 80m above the Park and soak up the views of Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park and the whole of London. Exclusive private visits can also be arranged.
The most flexible venue in the Park is also the largest, with a maximum auditorium capacity of 7,500 people. Since opening in the summer of 2013, the Copper Box Arena is fast establishing itself as London’s most versatile entertainment and events venue.
Conferences, trade shows, exhibitions and TV spectaculars have all been accommodated within the Copper Box Arena. The flexible auditorium design allows the main seating blocks to be tucked away, providing an open pillar-free floor area of 2,712m2. Event facilities include staging, mother grid and full blackout, and backstage there is a host of changing areas.

Copper Box Arenawww.better.org.uk/[email protected] 8221 4900
Create incredible memories at the Copper Box Arena, London’s most versatile entertainment and events venue, holding up to 7,500 people.
Handball, goalball, fencing and modern pentathlon were played at the Copper Box Arena during the Games, and now the venue plays host to other major sports including netball, boxing and martial arts. London’s only professional basketball team, the London Lions, have made the Copper Box Arena their permanent home. To give your team-building session an extra dimension, why not get the Lions’ coach to get your colleagues shooting some hoops?
Conventional spaces include meeting rooms close to the main foyer, but the Centre can also offer exclusive meetings within the main pool auditorium. Guests can enjoy welcome refreshments around the concourse level looking down into the competition pools, and where else can offer fine dining poolside with synchronised swimming as the after dinner entertainment?
The pools themselves are flexible, with movable booms and floors to create additional floorspace. With a seating capacity of 2,000, the London Aquatics Centre allows you to host an event within the world’s greatest swimming pool complex. Let your guests share in the thrill of this innovative and unique building.
The Upper Welcome Zone is a unique space situated within the London Aquatics Centre with capacity to support a variety of functions and events. The Upper Welcome Zone has its own private entrance on the main route into the Park from Westfield Stratford City.
