● How do we communicate our values each year to 150

new Scholars who may attend as many as 60 different

colleges and universities?

● How do we embed our values in our network of nearly

6000 Scholars around the world since 1989?

The mission of the Coca-Cola Scholars Foundation is to

provide scholarship programs and lifelong enrichment

opportunities in support of exceptional peoples’ thirst for

knowledge and their desire to make a difference in the

world.

applications over a 4-day reading weekend

Recruiting and Selection

Application questions and interviews align around our core

criteria of effective leadership, community service with

impact, and academic accomplishment.

There should be no question based on what we ask of the

applicants and finalists what we value as an organization.
