older adults and people with disabilities throughout Cook County. Each month Mather’s—

More Than a Café in Portage Park hosts a Senior Legal Assistance Clinic, allowing

prospective clients the opportunity to meet with a CDEL representative close to home.

CDEL’s primary areas of practice include real property, landlord/tenant, power of attorney

documents, simple wills, elder financial abuse, collections defense, and simple divorces.

The Clinic operates by appointment only and those interested must call CDEL at

(312) 600.6407 to complete a brief eligibility screening.
