State Deputy - Mike Steiner Worthy Brother Knights, As we begin the new Fraternal Year it is critical that we get off to a “FAST START” as membership recruitment and programming activities need to conducted throughout the entire year round. We can’t wait until September to begin the processes of growing membership and implementing our programs. Now is the time to ask all Catholic men to join our great order.

Reminder to submit the following forms if you have not done so, even if all the positions are not filled.

Form 185 - Report of Council Officers Chosen for Term Form 365—Service Program Personnel Report

District Deputy - George Lacher, District Deputy Coordinator I would like to thank all the District Deputies for contacting your councils and getting their books to them. If you have not done so please get them distributed to the councils as soon as possible. There was a deadline by the State Deputy for no later than August 1. Since we are still missing a lot of the form185 election of officers and form 365 appointment of chairman for the coming year, remind the councils in your district that it is important to send the form even if all the positions are not filled at this time. Also do not forget the Council Audits for the year ending June 30 will be due August 15. Keep up the good work, hopefully we will see you at the District Tours which are being set up by the State Deputy.

Program - Kevin Cowles, Program Director Worthy Brother Knights, Welcome to a new fraternal year! I would like to stress the importance of starting your council program planning for the entire frater-nal year sooner rather than later. The Faith in Action Program Model is back and in its 3rd year with a few new changes. Here are the quick highlights;

There are no required or mandatory programs this coming fraternal year

There are 8 new featured programs this year which count for 2 credits each for the SP-7 or Columbian Award.
