M., most of the inner' ci ty inhabi tants had gone' indoo r s toescape the heat. Because of this, all ~tores normally closedon Sundays -.e r e opened and wer e malting r aco r d prof its ,Tourist attractions and exhib~ts were in the black as ~eI l .Such was the case with New York's famed Mus~um of NaturalHistory. Here it was cool, and v~ry roomy, and with a lot tos~e, there were more p~ople i~ ~he plac~ than bad been at artyone time in over a decade. " -

    Nine year old T,immy Y~thers was crazy about prehistoricaniPlals, so when he ,and his mother entered the museum, Timmyinsis~ed upon going to the wing with the' gigaritlc dihosaurskeletons. Although Timmy, had toured the dinosaur wing ofthe museum .,twice already, he was ~tilf. totally ent,hralledwi~~ the amazirig fossils of prehistoric I l f a .
