Motivated by the preservation of resources, the Claire group's

Connect unit proposes a range of solutions designed

for monitoring and controlling water networks

to improve their performance.

The Fast company, based in Germany, supplies reliable and innovative equipment for detecting and locating leaks.

The Wayve solutions, developed by Sainte-Lizaigne, propose systems for supervising and controlling water networks.

The connected boxes make it possible to optimise water consumption, minimise operating costs, limit the risks of leaks and maintain the quality of the water.

The EAR and SENSE systems form network monitoring points that are used to detect leaks, monitor the temperature

and control the pressure.

More recently, ljinus company joined Claire group. It is specialised in the development of standalone and connected

measurement and recording systems for monitoring water.

House connection

For valves without integrated fitting (28 serie), substract the following costs from the fitted valves :

For drilled discharge valves :

ND 20 and 25, add € 6 to the list price

ND 30 and 40, add € 8 to the list price

The prices indicated correspond to valves with left-hand closing (except for 1448, 2628 and 6448).

For valves with right-hand closing, add 6% to the list price for left-hand closing valves.

Water meter environment

For lockable Z valves :

ND 15, add € 1 to the list price for standard valves


ND 30 and 40, add € 12 to the list price for standard valves

General Sales and Warranty Conditions for Export Sales(Extract)

1. Application These general conditions aply to all export orders of standard products. « Standard products » are defined as those listed on the export price lists of Sainte-Lizaigne.

2. OrdersOrders shall be placed with Sainte-Lizaigne in writing and deemed valid upon written acceptance by Sainte-Lizaigne.

3. PricesAll orders shall be payable in Euros ; prices are set for sales Ex-Works Sainte-Lizaigne. The prices do not include packaging, any taxes or customs duties. Airfreigth or seaworthy or other special packaging prices shall be quoted on request.

4. PaymentUnless agreed, all payments shall be made to Sainte-Lizaigne by either a bank transfer before delivery or an irrevocable and confirmed letter of credit open in a well-known French bank.Sainte-Lizaigne reserves the right to request progress payments for specific orders.

5. Validity of pricesAll price lists shall be valid for one calendar year from the date thereof. Nevertheless, the issuance of a new price list shall result in the previous price list becoming automatically null and void one month thereafter.

6. DeliveryDelivery time shall be calculated from the time Sainte-Lizaigne has received and acknowledged receipt of all the information necessary for completion of the order.Sainte-Lizaigne shall in no way bear responsability for any penalties, damages or prejudices arising from late deliveries. In particular, and without writing the generality of the foregoing, Sainte-Lizaigne shall not be deemed responsible for any delays which are caused, partially or totally, by shipping companies or brokers, or those delays resulting from case of « force majeure » or any actions of third parties.

7. RiskAll consignments shipped Ex-Works Sainte-Lizaigne shall be at the purchaser’s risk from the moment the consignment is delivered to the shipping organisation.

8. WarrantyThe warranty issued by Sainte-Lizaigne with respect to its products is valid for a period of one year, commencing on the date of the transfer of risk pursuant to paragraph 7 above, and covers all manufacturing or design defects.This warranty is limited to either a standard exchange of the defective parts, at Sainte-Lizaigne’s discretion. Any intervention by Sainte-Lizaigne which is requested by the customer and which does not result in the exchange or defective parts shall be charged to the customer at standard Sainte-Lizaigne prices, including any necessary air transportation and accomodation expenses of technical staff.The exchange of parts shall be extended to the original warranty period.

9. Limitation of liabilitySainte-Lizaigne shall not be liable for any damages which may be attribuable, directly or indirectly, to its equipment or personnel. In the event of any claim made against Sainte-Lizaigne, the latter’s potential liability shall in no circumstances exceed the value of the equipment giving rise to such claim.

10. Industrial property rightsAll drawings, schematics, models and any technical information relating to the design, manufacturing or maintenance of Sainte-Lizaigne products shall remain the exclusive property of Sainte-Lizaigne and shall not be reproduced for or disclosed to any third party without the prior written authorization of Sainte-Lizaigne.

11. ArbitrationAll disputes arising in connection with the present contract shall be finally settled under the Rules of Conciliation and Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce in Paris by three arbitrators appointed in accordance with the said Rules. Arbitrators will sit in Paris and give their conclusions in French and English, both texts being evidence. Arbitrators will have the power of amiable compositeurs.

12. Acceptance of conditionsAny order placed with Sainte-Lizaigne presupposes the full acceptance of the above conditions.
