A DAY IN THE LIFE

Page 13: Mondo Monthly (October 2014)

2 years, 2 cities and 4 offices later - you can

find me up in Boston supporting consultants,

sales + recruiting teams both near and far!

My start at Mondo came in June 2012, a

freshly graduated 21-year old. I began as an

ISAM seated next to the fabulous Laura

Littman. While being an ISAM presented me

with a new challenge each day, I couldn't

help but eavesdrop on the conversations that

my neighbor would have throughout the day

and eventually, I pursued a role on our

Consultant Relations team. Fast forward to

January 2014, I moved up to Boston to help

build out the CR program and took on both

Chicago and Dallas as well to continue to

develop the CR footprint across the Mondo

nation.

You can find me visiting our consultants to

ensure Mondo's quality service, on the road

helping ADs build their book of business on

Take Over the Breakrooms or in the office

providing the necessary support and closing

deals! There is never a dull moment at

Mondo and I am so grateful for the endless

opportunities for growth. I can't wait to see

what's in store for my next 2 years at Mondo!

CORE VALUES

As an organization, we have been focusing on CORE VALUES and how they shape our

interaction with our consultants, our candidates, and our teammates.

These VALUES were created from feedback in the field, one on ones, People Survey results

and exit interviews. You have defined these as important and critical in our growing success as a

company.

These VALUES are aspirational, that means that while we’re not always successful, we all work

every day to make sure that we do our best to live by the values that help define our brand.

Stay tuned for the rest of the CORE VALUES to roll out in the upcoming weeks!

1 red pepper, chopped

1 yellow pepper, chopped

2 (15 oz) cans tomato sauce

2 (15 oz) cans petite diced tomatoes
