2. New trial programs to compress our normal period to be 10 min shorter, 48 min of instruction and guided practice instead of 58 min.
5 min for journal every day. When all students finish at least 3 sentence journal, rest of time (hopefully 5 min) will be chill time where you can get out phones, chew gum, etc. Only one rule, cannot get too loud. I predismiss all rows during last 5 min, so you leave with the bell.
