About us

MonConsult Ltd is consulting firm, work-

ing together other firms, non-government organi-

zations and local consultants to provide technical

assistance in the conduct of projects in developing

countries. The focus is on development and

improving the general welfare of people living in

emerging, transitional and developing countries.

Grant: Access to Health Services for Disadvantaged in Ulaan-

baatar:

Main Goal: The primary objectives of assignment are to (i) analyze the con-

straints that prevent the disadvantaged from accessing health services using

participatory survey methods; and (ii) monitoring and evaluation of the pilot

schemes to improve the access to health services of disadvantaged groups living

in selected 10 khoroos covering 3 districts of Ulaanbaatar.

The Implementing Projects

ADB - TA 7139 Agricultural Marketing and Brand

Development

Main Goal: The consultant shall implement the TA for the establishment of a

process for brand development and management that is sustainable and replic-

able by institution charged with managing the process through a demonstration

effect with at least three leading enterprises and involving other enterprises in

the longer-term process. The successful implementation of the TA will contribute

to realizing the impact of the project agriculture and rural growth that sustains

premium value differentiation for Mongolian products.

Project Management and Construction Supervision Con-

sultant Services for the Road Project (HPM), MCA-M

Main Goal: The objectives of the Consultant assignment are as follows:

Support MCA-M in managing and implementing the Road Project activities under Compact;

and implementing and developing as necessary, systems and structures that facilitate clear

reporting lines, high levels of accountability and transparency, effective communication,

and timely professional decision-making; and

Fulfill the role of Employers representative and Engineer for the FIDIC-based contract for

the design and Construction of the Road Project and ensure Project quality, in full consulta-

tion with MCA-M and as limited by these TOR and associated contract.
