Moldova – un nonsubiect ? Astăzi are loc, la Odesa, reuniunea miniștrilor de externe din the Black Sea Economic Cooperation (BSEC), se pare că agenda este una uzuală, se semnează un document privind căile ferate și altele: Some of the items on the agenda of the upcoming meeting in Odessa are related to the appointment of CountryCoordinators for some of the BSEC Working Groups and the assessment of the activities of the Permanent International Secretariat as well as the Related Bodies of BSEC. The BSEC Council of Ministers of Foreign Affairs is also expected to consider the applications for the granting and renewal of Observer and Sectoral Dialogue Partnership status of various countries and organisations. One of the main documents to be approved in Odessa is the draft Memorandum of Understanding between BSEC and the International Union of Railways. The said document is expected to further increase BSEC's institutional capacity in the field of transport. At the conclusion of the meeting, a ceremony will take place whereby Ukraine will hand over the ChairmanshipinOffice of BSEC to the Republic of Armenia. Armenia will officially assume the Chairmanship as of July 1, 2013, for a period of six months until December 31, 2013. ITARTASS Moldova este membră în acest format, așa că sunt curios: dacă situația din ultimele 11 zile din Moldova va fi dezbătută de către miniștrii de externe ? dacă Moldova și România au solicitat Ucrainei (presedinția la rotație) includerea situației din Transnistria pe agenda? dacă ministrul Titus Corlățean va menționa situația din Moldova în discursul său ? și ce anume va propune ? ce a propus România și Moldova pentru viitoarea agendă a BSEC în legătură cu Transnistria ? Poate se vor întreba unii, mai ales din MAE, de ce să se discute subiecte politice sensibile la o organizație de natură economică. Simplu, situația din Moldova și demersul unilateral al regimului de la Tiraspol afectează direct ultima înțelegere politică din BSEC, cea de la Istanbul 26 iunie 2012, când șefii de state și de guverne au agreat:

We confirm the importance of establishing a strategic relationship between BSEC and the EU. We welcome the recent positive developments in the BSECEU interaction and invite the EU to implement its previous commitments through the identification of common tools and the development of synergies, in the common interest of sustainable growth, peace and stability in the region.
We welcome the valuable inputs of the BSEC Observers and Sectoral Dialogue Partners to BSEC activities and invite them to continue their practical contributions to BSEC.
We underline the importance of fostering closer contacts and cooperation with the private sector, nongovernmental organizations and local authorities with regard to concrete projects.

Deci Moldova, dar mai ales România, ca stat membru UE, ar trebui să tragă acest semnal de alarmă, o țară din BSEC este împiedicată să își dezvolte relațiile cu UE.
