Working with Ernst & Young (EY) to complete year-end audit on financial statements of owned entities to ensure compliance with the local regulations and accounting standards.

Working with Price Water House Coopers on local Income tax calculations and ensure Tax filings & Tax return are accurate and deadlines for payments are met.

Following to above local accounts tasks an “Annual Financial statement review (FSRA)” presentation takes place for the final year-end “Local Financial statements” to senior management for board of directors’ approval before issuing final accounts.

Intercompany settlements between owned entities and related parties includes head office.

Working with Regional CFO and senior managers to calculate ROI on new legal entities as a part of

management decision to expand the company’s territory or not from finance perspective.

Ensuring the implementation of transfer pricing in META entities on country and on consolidation

level.

Compliance and Controls:

Acting as first point of contact for all finance, control and process related issues and to investigate appropriate actions of resolution.

Auditor on accounts reconciliation.

Resolve the payment issues concerning Account Payable, Account Receivable, Payroll, Employees related (ex. Taxes on Invoices , Payroll taxes issues and termination issues).
