KUWAIT Project : Phase I – Stage 1 of the Mubarak Al Kabeer Seaport Project – Client: Ministry of Public Work – Mega Project Sector. Consist of the design, construction & maintenance of a 26km 3-lane dual carriageway, including a 1.42km long highway bridge; a 21km double-track railway embankment across Boubyan Island to the mainland, and a 4.24km long railway bridge crossing at Khor Subiya with EAC cost 125.5 MKD with Maximum Manpower - Contractor Staff - 1350 Labor/Day . The SC Agreement for design review and construction supervision. An agreement with Louis Berger Group in association with Al Shaheen Consultants (ASCO) with Maximum Manpower -Supervision Staff- 50 Labor/day. 2012-2016 : Cost Control Manager / Time Scheduler Programmer Acting Project Contract Administration Handling all the contractual matters, correspondence, Variation Orders, Value Engineering, Extension of Time and claims. Liaising with the Contractor to ensure full compliance with the Client's procedures on all matters relating to the administration of the Construction Contract. Monitoring and controlling the application of funds available for the project cash flow, cost analysis, variation orders, and payments and Responsible for providing the required technical support, assistance, and advice on all aspects for both Quantity Surveying and the time schedule programmer activities. 2009-2012: SR. Quantity Surveyor Responsible for providing the required technical support, assistance, and advice on all aspects of Quantity Surveying activities covering measurement, payment certification, providing all quantity surveying input relating to any payments submitted by the Contractors and for coordinating and formulating the necessary Support in Preparing the Variation order for the Contractor and the Consultant. 2008-2009 : Programmer / Scheduler Responsible for evaluate the contractor schedule, updates, delay, monitoring project risk, Review the Contractor’s Cost Loaded Schedule and developing and maintaining a Master Project status report & summary. 2006-2008 :- AL-KHARAFI CONSTRUCTION CO.
