Responsible for all documents and organize workers and keep them in custom places.

steps required for a worker (Labor card - medical - identity card) and so the practice work.

how to deal with the bank in the event of any problems.

How to deal with fingerprinting programs, and how to extract reports attendance and leave for employees.

Preparation of evaluation reports for the staff, and also the introduction of sanctions for violations of staff,

according to the list of the Ministry of Labor.

Responsible for the company's submission of documents to government agencies and in the case of opening a

Although this is not my field or my studies, but with learning and research merged I managed in this area and my

duties were as follows: -

1- Prepare monthly financial reports and through what is known as analysis of the Fund through(Excel -

accounting software).

2- Dealing with accounting programs such as (Al Ameen of accounting program).

3- How to prepare reports annual profit and loss for the company.

4- Dealing with banks through with draws ales and deposits and review the bank statement.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint).

Excellent in accessing and navigating the internet.
