P + R ZeeburgThree tram stops away, tram 26

Guests visiting the Mövenpick Hotel Amsterdam can easily park their car at the P + R at the edge of the city centre. You park your car and then take the tram, bus, metro or train into the city or tram 26 in the direction of the Mövenpick hotel. The P + R location is open 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.

To access the parkingBy car - A10 - exit S114 Zeeburg - follow signposts for P + R ZeeburgBy tram - tram 26 (IJtram, stop Zuiderzeeweg/Piet Heintunnel) to the Mövenpick Hotel Amsterdam (stop Piet Heinkade/Bimhuis/muziekge-bouw) and Central Station.

How does it work?1. Take a parking card at the entrance. Do not use a credit card at the

entrance, as this will not entitle you to a discount.2. Give your parking card to the attendant and ask for the discount.

The discount rate of EUR 8.00 per 24 hours is valid for a maximum of four consecutive days, or 96 hours (= EUR 24.00). After 96 hours, the discount will become void, and you will have to pay the normal parking rate.

3. The attendant will provide you return tickets (OV-chipkaart), for a maximum of 5 persons, for the train (NS) or tram / bus / metro (GVB).

4. When you start your journey, hold your card up to the pink logo on the card reader. At metro stations, card readers are built into the gates. At metro stops yellow card readers are located on freestand-ing pillars. Make sure that you log in and log out as well (very important).

5. Visit the city. Make sure to keep your ticket(s)! If you do not use your train / tram / bus / metro tickets, or do not log in or out, the dis-count will become void. You must then pay the standard rate.

6. On your journey back to the parking facility, hold your card (OV-chipkaart) up to the pink logo on the card reader by starting and ending the journey. GVB tickets are valid for a maximum of 96 hours (you only can use them to travel to the city center and back, so you can’t use them for other purposes).

7. Give your parking card and GVB tickets to the attendant at the desk. You can pay using a bankcard with PIN number or credit card. Cash payments are only possible at the ticket machine.

PricesPer 24 hours a maximum of EUR 8.00 applies. After the P + R time of 96 hours the “normal” parking tariff will apply. Prices may vary.
