Selection of Candidates

• Module I participants will complete a screening form for candidate selection by the Gerson Institute

• Candidate will be notified by the Gerson Institute when accepted in the Module II program

• Accepted candidates will send to the Gerson Institute their professional bio or CV (curriculum vitae)

Intern/Resident Waiver

• Module II intern/resident will sign a waiver to release the Gerson Institute and Dr. Donato from any legal responsibility or legal claims that might arise

• Intern/Resident will maintain a valid malpractice insurance for alternative therapy in his or her local area
