Creating a document – Word 2007File, New
The Enter key should only be used at the end of a paragraph. You should therefore continue typing when you come to the end of a line. The words will automatically move down to the next line as needed. This feature is called word wrap.
When you do press <Enter>to begin a new paragraph, Word will automatically leave a little extra vertical space between the new paragraph and the previous one.
