At the end of the module, the trainees must be able to– Troubleshoot problems faced to correct erroneous
operations in Speednet– Secure the Communication system to ensure
smooth and continuous data exchange

Troubleshooting- Overview
Users should perform routine operations
correctly
Std. troubleshooting methods should be used. Never attempt to make modification of data in
database directly.
To troubleshoot a problem you must be able to apply
more than one tool as same error may occur due
to different reasons.
Take back up of existing environment before
attempting any major corrections.
PTC, Mysore periodically releases FAQ’s which may be consulted for standard
troubleshooting operations

article wrongly entered
The routine problems can be corrected by supervisor
Wrong data entry of article

Add/delete an article in a bag

• Trainees to discuss any other known issues for solution
