Well, hopefully you will understand everything, if not just ask me ;) What you need is a Helios 44-2 Lens, M42 to Nikon or The Nikon mount of Macro Tubes, Metalfile. You can screw out the lens so you have the mount body and the lens body, so there are 2 distance rings you can take one out and you win ca. 1.2mm space.. You can tape out the rear glass so you can't damage it. With the metalfile you slowly file out the „neck“ under the screw mount, you have to file the half of the neck so that the rear glass can watch out for like 4.9mm from the metal mount see pictures below...

I would prefer that you check the focus length after every small step of filing so you can exactly calculate how much do you have to file of the „neck“
Now you can screw or glue it on the adapter (i used two component epoxy glue, it's really good and resistant.
