2 ACTUATION TYPES

Pneumatic Actuation The Pneumatic actuated machine offers a lower overall investment versus the servo offerings. This is a cost effective and easily maintained system to offer you years of operational service. This actuation gives you flexibility in the pouch making process by offer-ing independent seal times on each individual seal head.

Servo Actuation The servo actuation is a high Tech system, offering added features from competitive servo machine offerings. The Modern servo actuation is independently driven on each sealing head giving you more flexibility in the pouch making process. Independent servos means individual sealing dwell times and sealing forces can be achieved, unlike some of the competitive offerings where there is one servo for all sealing stations.

Thermal Stability Enhancements

With variable watt density heating systems thermal stability has

been achieved , across the entire surface of the sealing heads,

resulting in superior seals

Temperature rated expansion

A temperature rated expansion design has been built into

everyone of our sealing heads to ensure flatness and guaranteed
