Mentoring Session To encourage networking and to make the MOC-TIM Conference more accessible to doctoral students and junior scholars, we have set up an informal mentorship program. The pairing was done with the goal to match the research areas of the the junior and senior scholars. This is an opportunity for the young scholar to get feedback on current research, advising about the job market and/or paper publication process, and make new connections with more senior scholars with similar interests. We also encourage the junior scholars to send an extended abstract or CV in order to facilitate a productive conversation and so that they could get feedback on current work. We’ll leave it up to you to decide when, where, and how to meet, but there is a window available on Friday before lunch and during lunch, so that you would not have to miss any of the conference sessions. Please see the next page to find your mentor/mentee.
