Content


Quality

At ZND every horizontal tube in the Smart Weld 100 range isswaged to ensure optimal welding to the vertical tube, at no additional cost. We avoid all tube gaps that can lead to welding breaks.

We weld every single wire to the frame at ZND!

The ZND manufacturing process includes quality testing thatis applied to every single frame. A force of 500 kg is exerted on every joint of every frame. Only frames that pass this rigorous testing process are approved for shipment and etched with an exact manufacturing date.

Upon request, we can also equip each frame with corner plates, which in addition to the Smart Weld 100 process, are welded horizontally and vertically at the corners of each frame. This process makes every temporary fence practically indestructible.

We don‘t just talk about service, we deliver it :

With our own open bodied vehicles, specially suited for temporary fencing, we deliver our ZND products within 24 hours directly to you,or any construction site.

We also offer a reliable fencing assembly service upon request.

Furthermore, we include custom name plates, regardless of order quantity free of charge to our customers You order today and your ZND temporary fencing with customer company logo arrives at your chosen destination the following day, worry and hassle free.

By complete batch orders, we will also gladly include plastic feet with custom company logo imprints.

ZND fencing is available in 3 specifications:

Euro Range

Four tube frame with an 100 mm mesh width, 30 mm swaged tubes and 2 or 3 cross tubes with wires 3.3 mm in diameter.

Eco Range

The cost-effective alternative and unbeatable in price. A four tube frame with a 25 mm or 38 mm cross tubes ( excellent execution, swaged tubes) with optional corner plates for added strength, 2.3 mm / 3.3 mm wire diameter, all manufactured with the Smart Weld 100 process, 85 mm mesh width.

Round Top Range

The ZND highlight: round top frame with only 2 tubes– 2 welding points and two included corner plates for added strength, 85 mm mesh width. The bottom horizontal cross tube is swaged and includes corner brakels as standard.

Two Alternative Connectors

ZND Germany offers two connector options for all its fencing ranges:

The Coupler Connector or The Panel Hook System

This patented system differs significantly in comparison to standard connector variations due to the stable solid 10 mm hook, which is not welded, but rather fastened in the tube with a pneumatic tool. In turn, this prevents rust formation as well as breakage or bending.
