In order to empower field personnel and gain greater visibility, IAP introduced the SAP Work Manager mobile app to its technicians.

Now, instead of carrying around a stack of papers telling them where to go, what to work on, and which steps to follow technicians receive, work orders and procedures via their mobile devices. This gives them more “wrench time” and less time keeping track of paperwork.
