The SwingBusiness calendar can be integrated into your sales people’s professional calendar. It gives them a full overview of their activities over a specific period (list, day, week, months) and the ability to add new appointments per staff member, link it to a customer and, therefore, their customer profile.

ROUNDS

This tool allows sales people to organise their customer files. The rounds are automatically or manually generated from a geographical subdivision.It also provides a list of all the prospective clients located in the same area as your actual customer (referred to as the ‘Hub’ customer).

TASKS

Tasks, reminders and notifications are automatically generated in case of delay.

DELAYED VISITS

After each visit, the application automatically opens a dialog box to submit a review for both the sales rep and the customer.

The customer account provides an overview of all information related to each client including third-party data identification, bank details, mode of payment, contact details, delivery address and the sales reps who accessed the account.

CUSTOMER ACCOUNTING AND OUTSTANDING DEBT

Sales reps are notified of open cases of debt and customer accounting. They can also cash customers, be it a partial payment using the order lines or a full payment using the invoice. If so, a notification will be sent by email to the office and then integrated to your ERP to announce the update of the ongoing case.

SALES HISTORY

You can access the billing history of each of your customers and keep an eye on delays to delivery.

REPORTING

The Reporting tab aims to improve customer monitoring. The application provides your sales reps with reports completed in advance, and lists to save time and to have optimal organisation.

FORMS AND SURVEYS

The application provides a forms service. You can customise this service using your own fields, pictures, signatures, etc. Forms are then filled-out by sales reps and sent by email in PDF format.
